POSH Compliance

·  Assisting in the implementation of the sexual harassment of women at the workplace (prevention, prohibition and redressal) Act, 2013.

·      To draft & implement POSH policy in the organization.

·    Conduct sensitization sessions for IC members and enable them to address complaints received and conduct investigation in a prompt, effective, fair, sensitive and responsible manner.

· Conduct sensitization sessions (Training) for employees– physical, verbal and non-verbal sexual harassment, do’s and don’ts of workplace

POSH Compliance

·        Psychological Counselling Services, if required.

·        Provide notice board materials related to POSH.

·        Nomination Forms / Documentation / Formats / Annual Returns

·        To conduct enquiries and to counsel both aggrieved women and respondents, cases reported as and when required.

·        SHE=BOX Registration, IC Registration, Workplace Registration & Training program updated in the portal

·        Preparation and submission of annual report to the District Magistrate

 

·        Updates the current happenings in the context of POSH to the IC members.
