  • Perform Job Analysis and build Job Description (KRAs / KPIs) for all the positions / jobs across the organisation along with the consent of the approving authority.
  • Organisational Development – Design Technical and Behavioural Competencies for all the levels in the organisation.
  • Formulate and Implement Goal and Performance Management System Designing, Implementation & Training
  • Design Rewards & Recognition strategies – Variable Pay and Incentive Pay Structure based on organisational structure.
  • Employee Value Proposition – Employee Engagement Activities, Events / Employee Satisfaction Survey
